As a Business Development Manager at Mass Reach, my primary responsibility is to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

I focus on generating leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach, while understanding client needs to present tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their business goals. A key part of my role involves pitching Mass Reach’s services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that contribute to revenue growth. 

I work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, effective campaign execution, and long-term client satisfaction. In addition, I analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine our business strategies and uncover new areas for expansion. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is equally important, as it helps in upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring repeat business.

I also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management to support decision-making. Overall, my role as a BDM at Mass Reach is centred on creating sustainable growth by connecting the company’s services with the right clients and opportunities.
