London Pods partnered with Mass Reach to improve their Shopify store’s functionality, visibility and conversion rates. Mass Reach implemented a comprehensive strategy to address London Pods’ needs, focusing on Shopify redesign, SEO, CRO and advanced user tracking.



Challenge
London Pods had a strong product offering and loyal customer base but faced limitations with their online performance. Their Shopify store was generating steady traffic, yet conversion rates and user engagement lagged behind potential.
